Wow who would have, but any ways Miley looks lovely, she just can't stop and she just won't stop can she? But never the less she is impeccable I love Miley and also one for her Biggest fans and pulse I voted for her so I'm hoping she is going home with an award or more 

 And ain't it socking she was not there with her boo (Liam) and I know some ppl would say they had a fight but really let's not be quick to judge may be he had other plans, I mean he is an actor and truth being told couple don't always have to be in same place @ same time of Same event.
